Our six apartments are situated directly at the edge of one of the largest skiing areas of Austria and at the heart of the picturesque hiking region around the villages Warth, Lech, Zürs and St. Anton. Moreover, the 85 m2 offer a high living standard, which makes you feel at home at once.

In Tyrol food is a main issue. Our fully fitted open-spaced kitchens are integrated into the spacious living and eating area and can thus justifiably be described as eat-in kitchens. From there you have in each flat a direct access to the balcony. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with a view of the impressive mountains.

Electric stove and oven, fridge, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cookware, dishwasher, tabs and towels.

Not only our eat-in kitchens have been fitted with care, but also the bedrooms are spacious and provide enouqh space for relaxing holidays in Tyrol. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, of which one is fitted with an infrared cabin. Three out of our six apartments are additionally barrier-free.

What hardly anybody knows – when coming to our place, it’s the most direct route from Germany to the Arlberg region. As most guests travel by car, we certainly have our own underground car park. All our guests have a parking space reserved. The parking spaces are all equipped for electronic vehicles. The same is true for electric bikes in the bicycle storage room.

On the same floor you will find a room with heatable lockers for skis and ski boots. For the skiing garment own drying lockers are available in the apartments. If you want to retreat effortlessly to the apartment after a long journey or an intensive skiing day, we provide the solution: with the elevator you have direct access from the underground car park to your apartment.
